PRECI-FLEX® is the most unique adapter system available in our global market because the cone-face connection gives an interface that allows you to use EITHER an adapter OR the conventional Standard ER Tapping Collet. Tapping Collets are an excellent alternative to tapping tool holders. Most tapping collets are made to conform to the Standard ER tapered collet pocket. Like a conventional spring ER collet, EVERY PRECI-FLEX® tool holder will allow you to use the Standard ER Tapping Collets if you choose not to have adapters at all.
